West End Indiana Bancshares

West End Indiana Bancshares Inc. is a bank holding company operating through West End Bank. The Company's principal business consists of attracting retail deposits from the general public in the market area and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations, and to a lesser extent, borrowings, in one- to four-family residential real estate loans, indirect automobile loans, commercial and multi-family real estate loans, and, to a lesser extent, second mortgages and equity lines of credit, construction loans and commercial business loans. The Company also purchases investment securities consisting primarily of securities issued by United States Government agencies and government-sponsored entities and mortgage-backed securities.
