TCF Financial (formerly known as Chemical Bank Corporation) is a financial holding company. Through its subsidiaries, TCF offers consumer and commercial banking, trust and wealth management, and specialty leasing and lending products and services to consumers, small businesses, and commercial clients. The company was formed as a result of a merger between Chemical Financial Corporation and TCF Financial Corporation. TCF Financial was merged with Chemical Financial.
