S&T is a bank holding company. It operates through three segments: Community Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance. The Community Banking segment offers accepting time and demand deposits and originating commercial and consumer loans. The Wealth Management segment serves as an executor and a trustee under wills and deeds as well as a guardian and a custodian of employee benefits offering brokerage and other trust services. The Insurance segment includes an insurance agency offering commercial property and casualty insurance, group life and health coverage, employee benefits solutions, and personal insurance lines.
