It engages in financing and managing trade receivables owed by the Italian Public Administrations. The Company offers current accounts, time deposits, securities deposit, salary and pension backed loans, guarantees, and pawnbroking services. It also provides recourse, non-recourse, maturity, and reverse factoring services; certification of public administration credits; and VAT refunds. In addition, the Company engages in the purchase and management of non-performing financial and trade receivables, as well as management and debt recovery from individuals.
