Its new plant at Pantnagar (Uttarakhand, India) has a capacity to produce 900,000 two-wheelers. Bajaj Auto has offices in Monterrey (Mexico), Dubai and Colombo (Sri Lanka) in addition to its subsidiary PT BAI in Indonesia. The company has a separate channel for distribution of spare parts. The channel has 73 distributors, who serve directly to approximately 15,000 retail shops across the country.
