DGB Group (formerly Verenigde Nederlandse Compagnie) is the Netherlands-based holding company active in the printing services sector. It supplies a range of printing services and products both domestically and outside the Netherlands. The Company’s activities are organized in two business lines: Print Productions and Marketing Communications. The Print Productions division engages in the production of rotogravure, Web offset and sheet-fed print using specialized, full-service companies as consultant, producer or director, managing the total value chain from prepress to distribution. The Marketing Communications division focuses on cross-media (concept, creation, development and supply), as well as recording consumer data and media response moments. The Company operates 34 wholly owned subsidiaries in such countries as the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Hungary.
