PRINTING IS IN OUR DNA
Our founder started a copy and print shop in 1995. After many years, he opened Digital Room Inc., a print service bureau in West Los Angeles offering prepress services to printers like film for plates. DRI gradually began offering more products and services to its printing clients.
CUSTOMER BEGINS WITH "CUSTOM"
To meet the growing needs of our customers, DRI began to offer custom print services. Early on, we realized that many customers had similar "custom" requests, so we created standard sizes and templates and put them online at a lower cost than traditional printing. For those who needed customization beyond our highly-flexible standard options, we created Custom Product Builder, an online tool that allows customers to pick custom sizes and finishes for many of our products. And for clients who just have to be completely unique, they can request a custom quote online or call one of our customization specialists for consultation.
CLICKS AND BRICKS, AND MORE CLICKS
Our clicks and bricks approach took off. DRI continued expanding its products, services and equipment to now include three 40” presses, two digital presses, high speed die-cutting and folding equipment, stitchers and other bindery equipment. We have a broad selection of products growing each day. More importantly, DRI built its own large pre-press and customer service team with a different approach than most printers.
