Our Mission Founded in 2005 by Managing Director and founder Frank Bothwell, Thomas Franks has built a reputation within the catering industry for creating exceptional fresh food and innovative services with creative, well trained and highly motivated people. Our honest and open approach has led us to gather a wealth of experience in a range of different sectors which include business headquarters, independent schools, corporate dining and cafés. Fanatical About Food Food is our business and our passion. Quite simply; we provide freshly prepared, nutritious food and design our bespoke menus around the needs of our clients and customers. Our food is about variety, flavours and using the finest local and regional, seasonal ingredients in a way that never fails to exceed expectations.
