Takara Holdings (宝ホールディングス株式会社)is a company that produces and sells beverages, food, printing, and medical supplies in biotechnology, and business fields. It operates 3 companies: Takara Shuzo, which provides alcohol such as shochu, sake, soft alcoholic drinks, Chinese alcohol, and whisky to alcohol flavourings for households and processing companies and alcohol for use as raw materials; Takara Shuzo International Group, which exports alcoholic drinks and seasonings as well as produces and sells alcohol; and Takara Bio Group that promotes the development of technologies required to create biological drugs and continually creates modalities (treatment methods).
