Societe Commerciale de Brasserie

Societe Commerciale de Brasserie SA, (formerly known as Brouwerij Handelsmaatschappij Societe Commerciale de Brasserie SA), is a Belgium-based brewery. Through its subsidiaries the Company is primarily engaged in the production and bottling of beer, mineral waters and soft drinks. The variety of beer products include, refresher beer, fruit flavoured beer and tasting for testing beer, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had seven subsidiaries in Belgium, France and the Netherlands: Brouwerij Haacht NV, Atlas - Maatschappij voor Leningen en Voorschotten NV, Codrico NV, Investment Frankenberg, Brasserie du Coq Hardi SA, La Grande Barde SCEA and De Leeuw Beheermaatschappij BV. The Company's main subsidiary, Brouwerij Haacht NV, is engaged in the production and commercialization of beers, waters and lemonades, as well as in other related activities.
