Raman Research Institute (RRI) is an institute of scientific research. Its main research areas include astronomy and astrophysics, light and matter physics, soft condensed matter and theoretical physics. The university also conducts research activities in chemistry, liquid crystals, physics, biology, and signal processing, imaging and instrumentation.
