The Frontline

Frontline's mission is to transform the lives of vulnerable children by recruiting and developing outstanding individuals to be leaders in social work and broader society. Our new two-year leadership programme offers high potential graduates and career changers the opportunity to join one of Britain’s most challenging, but most rewarding professions. Participants work as frontline children’s social workers in Greater London and the South East, North West, North East, and West Midlands, undertaking child protection work which will change lives.
