Pendragon PLC is the largest independent operator of franchised motor car dealerships in the UK, operating over 220 locations nationwide. Our motor car businesses operate under the brands of Stratstone for luxury vehicles and Evans Halshaw representing the volume brands. We also operate under the name Chatfields which is our commercial van and truck retailer and after sales business. Pendragon also has presence in the USA with dealerships based in Southern California. We have a large contract hire business in the UK, operating under the brand Pendragon Vehicle Management. We also have a substantial presence in the UK wholesale parts, sales and distribution sector with the Quickco business.
