We have all experienced the frustration of a delivery that didn’t work out (some of us have probably used swearwords after finding a calling card in our letterbox, or a long queue at the post office). So we decided to shake things up and create a better parcel service, driven by a simple mission – ‘making online shopping easy’. ParcelPoint is Australia’s largest network of extended-hours locations where online shoppers can collect and return their purchases when it suits them. Our network includes pharmacies, convenience stores, newsagencies and shopping centres – places that are open evenings and weekends, because that’s when people want to pickup and drop-off their parcels. Our business was built by entrepreneurs who took a fresh approach to online retail logistics, anchored in technology innovation and a relentless focus on customer experience.
