It operates through four segments: Aeronautics Systems, Defense Systems, Mission Systems, and Space Systems. The Aeronautics Systems segment is engaged in the design, development, integration, and production of manned aircraft, autonomous systems, spacecraft, high-energy laser systems, microelectronics, and other systems and subsystems. The Defense Systems segment provides integrated battle management systems, weapons systems, mission system sustainment and modernization, information technology services, and intelligence operations. The Mission Systems segment offers C4ISR systems, radar, electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) and acoustic sensors, electronic warfare systems, advanced communications and network systems, cyber solutions, intelligence processing systems, navigation, and maritime power, propulsion, and payload launch systems. The Space Systems segment delivers satellites and payloads, ground systems, missile defense systems and interceptors, launch vehicles and related propulsion systems, and strategic missiles.
