Collins Aerospace (formerly Rockwell Collins) is a provider of aerospace defense products and aftermarket service solutions for aircraft manufacturers, airlines, regional, business, and general aviation markets. Its product portfolio mainly includes electric power generation, power management and distribution systems, air data and aircraft sensing systems, engine control systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems, engine components, propeller systems, fire and ice detection and protection systems, and more. The company also provides EVA spacesuits, environmental control and life support systems, as well as active thermal control for crewed and autonomous spacecraft. Collins Aerospace was formed as a result of a merger between Rockwell Collins and UTC Aerospace Systems.
