Enstitute

The program works to address the growing cost of higher education and the current youth unemployment crisis. It provides young adults with one year, full-time, apprenticeships at startups, small businesses, and corporations around the country to prepare them for workforce and to accelerate their career trajectory. Enstitute consists of two main programs: Enstitute Direct and Enstitute University. Enstitute Direct is the flagship apprentice program that serves Millennials, aged 18-24, through a rigorous one year program. Enstitute University is a university pilot program in which students enrolled in its partner universities may participate in the Enstitute program for one year for college credit.
