The Global Business Services segment offers analytics, engineering, applications, and business process services, which include digital integration and optimization of front and back-office processes, and agile process automation. The Global Infrastructure Services segment provides cloud and security, IT outsourcing, as well as workplace and mobility services. The company was formed as a result of a merger between Computer Sciences Corporation and the Enterprise Services Division of Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
