Bridge Bancorp is a bank holding company for The Bridgehampton National Bank. The Bank is engaged in full-service commercial and consumer banking business, including accepting time, savings, and demand deposits from the consumers, businesses, and local municipalities in its market area. The Bank also offers the Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service and Insured Cash Sweep programs, providing multi-millions of dollars of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation insurance on deposits to its customers. In addition, the Bank offers merchant credit and debit card processing, automated teller machines, cash management services, lockbox processing, online banking services, remote deposit capture, safe deposit boxes, and individual retirement accounts as well as investment services through Bridge Financial Services, which offers a full range of investment products and services through a third-party broker-dealer. Through its title insurance abstract subsidiary, the Bank acts as a broker for title insurance services. The Bank’s customer base is comprised principally of small businesses, municipal relationships, and consumer relationships. Bridge Bancorp merged with Dime Community Bancshares.
