The Company's Offshore Drilling segment is involved in various activities, such as shipbuilding, ship repair, construction of offshore wind foundations, and engineering, as well as projects for the offshore oil and gas industry. Its Renewable Energy segment develops, constructs, and operates wind farms. The Company's Shipping/Offshore Wind segment owns and operates two self-propelled jack-up vessels for the transportation, installation, and service of offshore wind turbines. Its Cruise segment owns and operates four cruise ships with an overall berth capacity of approximately 3,700 passengers.
