Bakkafrost produces and exports salmon products. The Company operates through three segments: Fish Farming; Value Added Products; and Fishmeal, Fish Oil and Fish Feed. It is involved in the breeding and on-growing of salmon, as well as the harvesting, sales and distribution of salmon, as well as production and sale of fishmeal, fish oil and fish feed. The Company offers whole Atlantic salmons, frozen portions, belly flaps, salmon heads, salmon backbones and salmon skin.
