World Bank Group is an organization operating as a source of financial and technical assistance to developing countries. It provides loans, credits, and grants for different purposes that include investments in education, health, public administration, infrastructure, financial and private sector development, agriculture, environmental and natural resource management. The group consists of five institutions: International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), International Development Association (IDA), International Finance Corporation (IFC), Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
