Warburg Pincus has agreed to acquire a majority stake in WebPT from Battery Ventures. No financial terms were disclosed. Aeris Partners was financial adviser to WebPT and Battery Ventures on the transaction. Based on Phoenix, WebPT is a rehab therapy platform.
