The company also has investments in 7 properties in the greater New York metropolitan area; the Hotel Pennsylvania in New York City; 6 dry warehouse/industrial properties in New Jersey covering approximately 1.2 million square feet; and marketable securities, as well as in other public companies that own and manage office, industrial, and retail properties leased to corporations, and student and military housing properties.
