Vera Bradley

It all started with a friendship … Barbara Bradley Baekgaard and Patricia R. Miller came upon a colorful idea while traveling together in 1982. Observing a lack of distinctive luggage, they decided to create a company (named after Barbara’s mother) to design a line of quilted-cotton luggage, handbags and accessories – and the rest is history. Now recognized internationally, Vera Bradley has grown to produce a variety of travel and lifestyle products, including rolling luggage, eyewear, paper & gift items, fashion collections and an ever-expanding array of totes, wallets, duffels, backpacks and iconic handbags.
