Valaris (formerly known as Ensco Rowan) is a company that provides offshore drilling services to the petroleum industry. Its fleet includes drillships, semisubmersibles, moored semisubmersibles, and premium jackups. The company also provides drilling management services for customer-owned platforms. Valaris was formed as a result of a merger between Ensco and Rowan Companies.
