UTG Unabhängige Tanklogistik is an operator of tank terminals. It carries out its activities through three divisions: Tanker Farms, Disposal and Oil Recycling, and Bunker Service. The Tanker Farms division provides transhipment facilities for petroleum and other liquid products. The Disposal and Oil Recycling division uses barges and road tankers to accept oil-water mixtures and scrubber-system-residues arising from seagoing vessels, processes these mixtures into a substitute fuel, and performs substitute fuel marketing activities. The Bunker Service division supplies gas oil as a shipping fuel and lubricant to maritime and inland waterway shipping.
