Urban Health Plan operates a diagnostic and treatment center that provides primary and specialty health care services to patients in the Hunts Point, Mott Haven, and Morrisania sections of the Bronx. It offers a range of primary care services in the areas of adolescent medicine, adult medicine, dentistry, family medicine, family planning, HIV primary care, internal medicine, OB/GYN, pediatrics, prenatal services, primary care for the developmentally disabled, and walk-in clinics. The Company also provides ancillary services in the areas of audiology, HIV counseling and testing, immunizations, nutrition, optometry, physical therapy, psychotherapy, social services, and substance abuse counseling; and diagnostic services.
