The Company takes the financial risk for the facility and participates with local partners in promoting the success of the project. U.S. NeuroSurgical is focusing on establishing cancer centers using intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and/or image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) in Florida and other parts of the United States. Its gamma knife is a stereotactic radiosurgical device used to treat brain tumors and other malformations of the brain without invasive surgery.
