TXM Plant is a supplier of road rail vehicles (RRV). It provides excavators, cranes, bulldozers, dumpers, shunters, and mechanical elevated work platforms (MEWP) for permanent way related works including track maintenance, track renewal, ballast excavation/formation works, drainage, under track excavation (UTX), OLE structure foundation and steel erection, cabling works, and lineside vegetation management. The company also offers a Plant Operator Scheme service available in conjunction with the RRV Hire service, and principal contracting comprising infrastructure construction works, maintenance and upgrade works, project management, and engineering services.
