TUSAS Engine Industries (TEI, TUSAŞ Motor Sanayii) is a joint venture of Turkish Aerospace Industries, General Electric, Turkish Armed Forces Foundation, and Turkish Aeronautical Association that manufactures engine parts for commercial and military aircraft. The company specializes in parts and module manufacturing, engine assembly and testing and engine maintenance repair and overhaul, and engine design and product development. Its manufacturing capabilities include CNC turning, milling and grinding, jig grinding, curvic coupling grinding, broaching, gear shaping (spline), automated edgebreaking and deburring, abrasive, flow machining, and vibratory machining. TEI also serves aviation industry in the fabrication field providing gas tungsten arc welding, robotic spot resistance welding, seam resistance welding, cold forming, cutting and bending, rivet joining, drilling, and air flow measurement.
