This follows the 2001 purchase of Dallas-based, BeautiControl, and the 2005 acquisition of the International Beauty Group. Changing the company's name to Tupperware Brands Corporation reinforces that we are a multi-brand, multi-category, direct sales company. Tupperware Brands is passionate about the quality and integrity of our products. Our product brands and categories include design-centric preparation, storage, and serving solutions for the kitchen and home through the Tupperware brand and beauty and personal care products for consumers through the Armand Dupree, Avroy Shlain, BeautiControl, Fuller Cosmetics, NaturCare, Nutrimetics, Nuvo, and Swissgarde brands. Tupperware Brands continues to change lives, one at a time.
