Trust Group UK is managed by its founders Andrew Hockedy, Managing Director and Nigel White, Finance Director. Selling Volkswagen's and Skoda's. Along with a wide selection of used cars. We service, repair and MOT cars and provide genuine manufacturers parts. Their shared philosophy is one of delivering excellent customer care through close management of the daily activity at all individual locations. A wealth of previous motor trade experience has helped format processes and controls within each business centered on customers – Trust Group UK call this a ‘customer centric’ approach which places customers at the core of everything they do. The individual dealerships are managed through experienced Volkswagen and Skoda Approved Brand Managers who have successfully completed the Volkswagen Academy Brand Manager assessment and as such are accredited to represent the brand.
