TOMMI is a virtual reality gaming project developed by Softcare Studios, a digital health company. It is designed in collaboration with doctors and psychologists to reduce anxiety and pain in pediatric patients during stressful medical treatments. To be played, TOMMI requires a VR headset providing the experience of virtual reality. It’s then provided as a bundle, with TOMMI application pre-installed on the Oculus Go headset, together with a mobile application enabling the collaborative activity.
