The Stroopwafel is a famous Dutch cookie that we started making right here in Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Proud to be made locally with local ingredients. Jonathan and Jennie Groff have a strong passion for helping immigrants to the USA who have been affected by war gain meaningful employment. As our business grows our goal is to be able to help our refugee friends that have moved to Lancaster County. Our hope is that the "Stroopie Business" can be a way to offer our friends a new job as they learn English and acclimate to life in the USA.
