The Northwest Seaport Alliance is a marine cargo operating company. It manages the container, breakbulk, auto, and some bulk terminals. The company handles over-dimensional, wheeled, tracked, and static cargo arriving on both ro-ro and lo-lo vessels, in addition to fly-in/fly-out capabilities for helicopters. It also offers domestic and short-haul rail services.
