The Goal

Headquartered in Reston Virginia and founded in in 2002, within TG’s first 6 months it grew to 5 internal employees and 20 consultants. The Goal continued its rapid growth through the 2000’s eclipsing $25 million in yearly services by 2009. Today we’re still in “high growth mode” at our 3 main offices with over 250 employees in 38 states.The Goal has been named as one of Washington’s best places to work easily because of its company culture. The Goal’s culture can be defined as family oriented with a work hard, play hard mentality.Culture starts at the top down, and management takes the time to make sure all Goalies know they are appreciated and recognized for their work, as well ensuring that every Goalie has the tools to be successful.
