Telemetrix RPM (electronic medical records) is a company providing telemedicine built for the EPIC health system IT platform. It uses remote devices to monitor patient’s values on the EMR dashboard and later follow-up in person. The company aims to provide clinicians and patients with real-time updates and get patients involved in actively monitoring their health.
