We currently operate under two highly respected and well-established homebuilding brands in many of the larger growth markets within the United States. We are currently building Taylor Morrison master plans and homes in sixteen markets in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida and Texas. Darling Homes builds in Houston and Dallas, Texas.
In all of our markets we build and sell a broad mix of homes across diverse price points ranging from the low $100,000’s to more than $1,000,000. We attract a varied array of home buyers using a proprietary consumer segmentation model.
