Talmundo is a Dutch startup founded in 2011 out of a growing frustration around HR information systems. Stijn, our CEO, was tired of the tools he tried to implement as an HR executive because, more often than not, they made the experience and HR processes more complicated for the whole organization. Technology should help, not complicate our jobs. At Talmundo we bring our own professional experience in HR, mix in a solid development team, and add a dose of good design to bring your organization the tech tools that you will actually want to use and implement. In the end, we know that if a tool isn’t simple to use, most people will choose not to use it. We’re putting simple (and fun) back into onboarding!
