TalentintheCloud was formed in 2016 by Darren Franks & Tim Martin. Darren spent 16 years working in the Recruitment Sector across EMEA. Tim is the former joint MD and CFO of one of the largest IT distributors and brings a wealth of global experience to the business. Tim and Darren started discussions way back in 2010 when Tim was looking for a more accurate way of predicting future successes of his hires. In the following 6 years, Darren and Tim looked at hundreds of methods, products and companies and none delivered what they (and many others) needed. Darren and Tim joined forces in 2016 to create a new way of recruiting, and TalentintheCloud was born. Our offer and approach, supported by our technologies are going to disrupt the recruitment industry – and for the better.
