Established in Bishop, California in the heart of the Sierra Nevada mountains as a 911 provider, Symons Ambulance has grown to include the following divisions: 911, Interfacility/Critical Care Transport, Event and Air Ambulance.Symons is different from many other ambulance companies because everyone involved in the ownership of the company is either an EMT, paramedic, nurse or physician that actively provides patient care in the field.We believe that staying grounded in the field allows the company to provide better whole person care rather than focusing primarily on the bottom line like some publicly-traded companies.
