We supply to a wide range of customers, across an array of market sectors including wholesale, catering, fish fryers and retailers, providing everyone with a one-stop location for all their frozen fish and seafood requirements. Everyday J Sykes & Sons handle through our supply chain in the region of 200 tonnes of frozen fish and seafood, destined for foodservice, manufacturers, retail and fish and chip shops. We sell 600 products supplied across 110 species, including both Warm and Cold Water Prawns, Frozen-at-Sea and IQF Cod and Haddock. At Sykes, we offer a breadth of range and service which offers significant purchasing scale and presence in global sourcing.
