SIB helps Government: plan infrastructure deliver major projects, and manage assets. We have four key responsibilities: We prepare the Investment Strategy for Northern Ireland on behalf of the NI Executive (ISNI) We help the public sector develop and deliver major programmes and projects We operate the Asset Management Unit (AMU) We help champion reform Our work, directed by Ministers, is focused on supporting the delivery of the objectives set-out within the Programme for Government. Of the seventy-six targets we are currently assisting in the delivery of thirteen (18%). SIB is a company limited by guarantee, whose sole shareholder is the Executive Office (TEO).
