STEAM Role is a networking app and platform which brings together students and aspiring young professionals, top STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art/design, and math) role models, companies that hire them and organizations that support them. The Company showcases ethnically, racially and gender diverse STEAM professionals and their career roadmaps to provide inspiration, exposure, and guidance to students and aspiring young professionals. It also provides a SaaS-based Diverse Talent Pipeline Platform (DTP) to assist companies by enabling them to inspire, track and hire diverse talent. In addition, the Company offers RoleCoin, a digital currency that tracks and measures the skill and career development progress of its recipient.
