Sphere Entertainment (formerly known as Madison Square Garden Entertainment) is a live entertainment and media company. It operates through two segments: Sphere and MSG Networks. The Sphere segment is engaged in the provision of multi-sensory entertainment venues; the MSG Networks segment operates two regional sports and entertainment networks, as well as a direct-to-consumer and authenticated streaming product.
