For years we’ve been listening closely to job seekers. They told us about miserable application experiences, their reasons for turning down interesting job offers and their many stories of friends and colleagues that went through 'job application hell‘. We think applying for a job can and must be different, better.
In a world in which every delivery service is rated with one click, application experiences still feel like disappointing visits at the job centre at times: long waits, endless follow up calls and an atmosphere that leaves applicants feel powerless.
Truth is, the ongoing war for talents does not tolerate this behavior by companies anymore.
We took a closer look at application processes through the eyes of candidates and learned a whole lot about what’s important to talents. Our mission naturally evolved from that new found deep understanding of the process:
