The Company has a portfolio of properties located throughout France, mainly in Paris and Ile-de-France Region, as well as in Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Strasbourg, Caen and others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's portfolio comprised of assets, including offices, business parks, warehouses, parcel depots, light industrial and nursing homes. It operates through a number of direct and indirect subsidiaries, including SNC Tour Eiffel Asset Management, SAS Locafimo, SCI Nowa, SCI Marceau Bezons, SCI Lyon Genlis, SCI De Brou, and SCI Rueil National, among others. On September 16, 2014, as a result of SMABTP’s public tender offer, SMABTP owns 89.88% of the Company.
