Smart Pay Limited is based in Blackpool on the North West coast of England. We were established in 2005 and have focused solely during that time on offering a robust and reliable umbrella company service to contractors and agencies. Our focus on compliance is critical to our operation and to underline this we have a fully supported contract service from a completely independent external organisation, who is held in high regard by the recruitment industry. Due to our roots in the IT industry, we were one of the first umbrella companies to offer a secure online portal so that contractors could view transactions and upload timesheet information at a time of their choosing rather than having to fit in with our office opening times.
