Skills Matter is a highly social, innovative tech publishing and events company with a mission to support and drive innovation in enterprise software development. We help our 60,000 strong passionate community of engineers and developers discover, evolve and adopt the latest technologies, practices and ideas in software engineering.

All our content and events are created for and by our members - people who are passionate about learning and sharing skills and ideas on Software Development, who are keen to discover and help evolve best engineering practices like software craftsmanship, A/TDD, BDD and who are interested in emerging technologies. Every year, in partnership with the world's leading software developers, technologists and agilists, we run 30 major conferences, host more than 50 user groups and organise hundreds of free meetups, hackathons and expert training sessions.

Skills Matter has also been a trailblazer in the growth of London's Tech City and is an advisor to the Tech City advisory board, chaired by the Prime Minister's Office at No. 10 Downing Street.
